Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be in progress. However, orders may be eligible to be returned and refunded please Contact Us if this is the case.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) within 1–3 business days, and shipped the following day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks. Please forgive small delays during peak seasons.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of shipping, you're eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Our prices do not include import duties or taxes. Depending on your country, additional charges may apply upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
How do I return an item?

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please Contact Us right away with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we process your return or cancellation, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. If you don’t see the refund after that time, please check with your card provider.
